Copies of patient demographic sheets, charge sheets, patient cards, referrals, pre-authorizations, cash deposit files, and other necessary records are scanned from the US and transferred over a dedicated bandwidth.

Our qualified staff is fully trained in regulations pertinent to Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Managed Care, Third Party Liability, Workers Compensation, Preferred Provider Organizations and have a complete understanding of CPT, HCPC, ICD-9 coding Level I, II, III as well as having the ability to identify data as relates to submitting a clean insurance claim for reimbursement by insurers.

A 100% quality control program is instituted on start up of a new client contract to assure the agency of accurate data entry to specifications as initially outlined. Then a random program is maintained as a mechanism to monitor staff and for ongoing personnel training.

The Billing Process at Indyasoft :

The Indyasoft billing process requires very little from the client and has many advantages like cost, time control with no special software required.

Indyasoft insists that the client dedicates a system with access to file uploading, downloading, maintenance and assign a first point contact person for communication between both the offices. The client, if necessary, should submit also a profile of a practice with any specific billing.

Helping the Physicians in preparing pre-formatted Super bills for accurate and error free entry of the patients data.

We follow the following steps in ensuring stringent quality of the information we get from the clients.

    images/rainbow1.gif(871 bytes) The complete information can be faxed, scanned or picked up from the provider’s site by our US office staff.
    images/rainbow1.gif(871 bytes) All documents are then scanned in the 'tif' format and saved with a specific batch number. 
    images/rainbow1.gif(871 bytes) After automatic downloading of all the files, they are printed, checked and filed. 
    images/rainbow1.gif(871 bytes) A transaction journal is printed for each batch and the entries are checked against the source document for quality assurance. Any missed information is conveyed to the source immediately for rectifications.

Communication between Indyasoft Indian and US office happens thru dedicated lease lines and implementing 112-bit encryption of data in compliance with HCFA standards. Backup ISDN lines connectivity to internet thru different ISP’s make our operations 100% uptime.

The data is encrypted before sent by the Indyasoft Offices to the Clients offices. The Clients decrypt the data for the processing, ensuring maximum safety over internet transfers. The porting of data happens on High secured NT servers with 99.9% uptime to support seamless data transfers between locations.
