| Billing Services at INDYASoft are performed in various stages. Providers office having scanning facility will Scan and Encrypt the information sent to INDYASoft India through Secure FTP Site. Providers who don't have scanning facility at their Offices sent documents through Overnight and they are Scanned and Encrypted by INDYASoft USA and uploaded to Secure FTP Site. INDYASoft India download those Encrypted documents from Secure FTP Site for further processing. After processing the claims INDYASoft India upload Encrypted and Processed Claim Forms to Secure FTP Site. INDYASoft USA download the processed Claim Forms and submit to the respective Clearing House or Insurance Carrier for payments. |

Doctor's Office having scanning facility will scan the Patient Demographics, Provider Info., Charge Tickets, EOBs etc. and store and Encrypted into their computer to be uploaded to INDYASoft's Secure FTP Server site. |

Doctor's Office who doesn't have scanning facility sends the copies of documents to INDYASoft USA Office for scanning. | Scanned document are Encrypted and upload to Secure Server FTP Site |
